I’m so very excited. I will be leaving today to go to the WPPI convention in Vegas. Large trade show, lots of mini learning sessions. I can not wait.

Makenna just turned one. She is super cute and was so much fun to photograph. They brought a cake for her to hopefully destroy. She needed a little help from mom and dad at first, but after she tasted it…it was all over!

Makayla

A few months ago I did Daniel & Abby’s maternity session in Big Bear. Despite how cold it was, they were really happy with them. We have been trying to do their newborn little girl’s portraits for a month now, but have been needing to cancel because of the weather. I was finally able to meet Makayla. She is super cute and we captured some really cute pictures!

Riverside Wedding

A few years ago I photographed George & Abby’s wedding. George’s sister Adrienne called and wanted ask me to join them on their wedding day. Last saturday Ted & Adrienne were married in Riverside. The weather was unpredictable for a while, but it ended up being a great day! We were able to do all the picture outside! This family is so sweet and loving. They are all SO much fun…

Studio Session

Yesterday I had my first studio session! I was super excited about it and could not wait till they got there. I had three beautiful girls come in to the studio, sisters. We had a great time and I am so thankful to have gotten the opportunity to capture them at this age. They kids laughed, played ran around the studio. I was able to get some really cute shots of them being silly, having fun and most of all being themselves. I have a few for you here and more to be posted on my website.

Tony & Danielle

I had been trying to get to this place for a while now and I was able to shoot there twice in two days!

The following day Tony & Danielle met me up at Los Rios Rancho. The two of them were a little nervous for pictures, Danielle said that in 4 years, they have never really had their picture taken. So, I was excited. I told them that it would not be painful, I promised! We were able to get some really cute pictures. You could tell that they were super in love and SO excited for their wedding day!

Chris & Alissha

I have been wanting to do a session at Los Rios Rancho in Oak glen for a few months now. Every time I try to get up there it’s always raining. Finally I was able to shoot up there this past week! Chris & Alissha were a perfect couple to take up there! They were fun, super cute and you could tell, i love. I was really happy with the pictures we were able to capture! Thanks you two for a great shoot!

Lots of learning!

This past week I was able to attend 2 seminars. Their was so much information, great ideas and inspiration…it was a great time.

The first seminar was Sandy Puc. She is amazing! There are so many Charities that she works for and with which has motivated me to find some local charities to get involved in. She has so many amazing marketing ideas that she shared that I will be trying to implement. Check her out here.

The second seminar was with the photographers association that I’m part of. His name is Mike Colon. He to was inspirational. I loved that he put God first in his business. His images are beautiful, he’s from Orange County area. He focused on standing out in the industry. He teaches seminars, does workshops and runs a studio out of his home. If my business could be close to his in the next few years, it would be awesome! Recognized in the industry, teaching, giving back, traveling for weddings, enjoying family and loving his job. One of the things that he offers is a 4 day seminar. I will be trying to get in to that seminar! Check him out here.

Inland Empire Scottish Society

Aaron asked me to photograph their annual Robert Burns Dinner hosted by the Inland Empire Scottish Society. I attended last year and enjoyed the dinner and events. This year was wonderful! More entertainment, people and fun. More images will be posted on my website by the end of this week.
