Gary & De De are from Alaska. They have 9 beautiful children and are a fun loving family. They renewed their vows on April 1, 2010. Gary surprised De De by singing the song he sang to her on their first date. Such a cute and fun couple. Cliff Bell of Paid 2 Party was the DJ. The ceremony was held at The Marina Resort in Big Bear and the Reception was at The Best Western Chateau in Big Bear.

On March 20th Rudy & Danielle were married at the beautiful Lake Arrowhead Resort & Spa. Even though it is winter, it was a beautiful day! They had their ceremony out on the deck overlooking the lake. It was not cold or windy and the sun was out! Perfect day for a wedding. Danielle looked beautiful and together they were stunning.

Debbrah from Fleuris Flower Studio ( drfleuris@verizon.net) made all the flowers, she always does an amazing job! Cliff Bell from Paid 2 Party was the DJ. It’s always so easy to work with him, if anyone needs a DJ, call Cliff! He will not let you down!

Michelle booked me for her wedding over a year ago. In that time I feel like I have gotten to know her more that I get to know most brides. We did their engagement session and then we did a family portrait session with her entire family. They are a really sweet and funny family! It’s been fun to see her family and then this past weekend her and Joe were married at the Lake Arrowhead Resort & Spa. Michelle has 2 little boys who were so proud of mom…and the oldest was the life of the party!

Michelle looked amazing! Joe was beaming with excitement to finally say Michelle is his wife. The wedding started at 12:30. We did family portraits after that along with the wedding party. Michelle & Joe wanted to wait until after the reception, which ended at 6, to do the pictures of just the two of them. It was great! It was not rushed, the lighting was so pretty. They got to enjoy pictures and then head up to their room! It was a great idea!

Last weekend at the Lake Arrowhead Resort & Spa was Tom & Jamie’s wedding. They were so much fun! She wanted to go down to the private beach for pictures AND she wanted to get in the snow. I enjoyed the wedding. Cliff Bell was the DJ from Paid 2 Party. If your in need of a DJ, contact them! If my husband and I were married again, I would definitely use them!

Free Wedding

Terri, from Edward Dean Museum, had asked me a few weeks ago if I would be doing a free wedding for her. The wedding was basically at the bridal show during the fashion show. I said yes, I would love to help a deserving couple out. So, as the fashion show took place, the last “model” was the maid of honor and following her was the bride. Most people had no idea that they were at a real wedding, it was a fun surprise. The couple Donald & Tony were super sweet and you could tell that they were so much in love. Here are a few pictures from that wedding. Danielle (caeventdesigner@aol.com) did a wonderful job on the flowers.

Riverside Wedding

A few years ago I photographed George & Abby’s wedding. George’s sister Adrienne called and wanted ask me to join them on their wedding day. Last saturday Ted & Adrienne were married in Riverside. The weather was unpredictable for a while, but it ended up being a great day! We were able to do all the picture outside! This family is so sweet and loving. They are all SO much fun…

A winter wedding at the Lake Arrowhead Resort. Katie was really hoping to have snow on the ground for her wedding portraits. Instead she got a sunny, no snow, day. despite not having snow, she enjoyed her day and we were able to get some beautiful images.

Anthony & Nicki were married in December at the Lake Arrowhead Resort & Spa. Even in the winter it’s beautiful up here! They had a gorgeous day! Sunny, no wind and not to chilly. They were a fun couple and it was a pleasure to capture their wedding day!

Patrick and Sara are a sweet couple. They were married in November and it was actually a beautiful day up here! Lake Arrowhead Resort & Spa is a beautiful location in the fall! The leaves are changing up here and the season is gorgeous.
